My story

Building businesses
since 2005.

I'm Hillary Scott, a business developer based in Chandler, Arizona. I've built businesses from the ground up, helped struggling businesses find their footing, repositioned brands, and solved the kinds of problems that keep business owners up at night.

I helped transform a marketing agency from selling $500 websites to $15,000 to $20,000 websites and $1,000 to $3,000 monthly marketing programs, while also helping scale a bankruptcy law firm, a tax prep and resolution firm, a CPA firm, and many other service businesses.

Sixteen of those years have been spent building my own business, too. The same marketing, sales, organization, systems, and problem-solving skills I've used to help grow those businesses are the ones I rely on to build and sustain my own.

Along the way I've been the designer, the web developer, the marketer, the salesperson, the trainer and the operations lead, often in the same week. Graphic design school and web design school gave me the creative side. Corporate training programs, a startup and my own business gave me the rest.

Today, I step into whatever role a business owner needs right now. Your assistant on Monday, your website designer on Wednesday, your chief of staff in the Tuesday leadership meeting, and usually a few of those at the same time. The inbox, the website, the marketing, the system, or the random project that's been sitting on the list for months. I take it off your plate so running your business gets a lot easier.

Off the clock

A few things
about me.

I'm the youngest of four, a poppy lover and an Arizona sunshine chaser. Here's the rest of me.

Sports

I played them all: tennis, soccer, field hockey, softball, baseball, basketball, and track and field.

Art

Photography, diamond painting and tiny neon Dollar Tree cars. It started with soap carvings I made my family for Christmas when I was five.

Languages

I took French and Spanish in high school. I've forgotten most of both.

Drinks

Italian sodas and tea for me. I rarely have caffeine.
